From creating vendor timelines for your vendors, coordinating your rehearsal, attending the final venue meeting, and everything in between — we are here to tie up all the loose ends and ensure your wedding day goes smoothly.

Wedding Planning

Full planning of your event from start to finish. We can assist with vendor recommendations, venue layout, planning all logistics, setting a budget, building a timeline,  attending vendor meetings and taking the stress out of planning so that you are able to enjoy the process! We also help run the rehearsal and are there the entire event day.

Services may include, but are not limited to: 
• Researching and scouting possible venues
• Researching performers, DJs, caterers, transportation, lodging, etc.
• Reviewing vendor contracts
• Coordinating with vendors prior to the event as well as day of the wedding
• Creating a day-of timeline
• Assisting with wedding rehearsal
• Ensuring that all ceremony and reception items are set up at the venue
• Being onsite for vendor load-in and setup as well as break down and clean-up
• Distribution of final payments to vendors

  Dinner Parties (Chef for a Day)

We organize the party from beginning to end. You let us know what type of cuisine you would like and how many guests at the event. We will then create a personalized menu just for your event. If you have a specific theme in mind we can also coordinate with those ideas to ensure that your vision is complete also pull in some décor to go with it.
