Castle Green | Your Fairy Tale Begins Here – Pasadena

Welcome to the Castle Green! We are a Historic Landmark, built in 1898 and are happy to offer our ground floor and lawns for your special day. As a vintage venue, our events are all unique, beautiful and enjoyed by all, for all.

We are a venue only, and only do one event a day. Our rates are based on the day of week (not the type) and the venue fee is a flat rate.

Friday $6,500 5:00pm-10:30pm

Saturday $9,000 5:00pm-10:30pm

Sunday $6,500 4:30pm-10:00pm

Weekdays $4,500 4:30pm-10:00pm

December Weekdays $5,500 4:30pm-10:00pm

At the Castle Green, there are NO FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS and you can provide your own alcohol with NO CORKAGE FEE, and NO CAKE CUTTING FEE.

Venue details:

Max Capacity Indoors: 200 in Ballroom (sit down dinner or buffet + dance floor) 500 cocktail/reception style events
We do require that you hire a Day Coordinator, cannot be a guest, you will thank us later, trust us!
As a historic venue, we do require event insurance, which should cost approximately $135.00
Overtime is available Friday and Saturday until 12 am and Sunday-Thursday until 11 pm.
Children: If more than 5 children (ages 1-12) are attending event a babysitter, who is not a guest, will be required

For your event, we offer:

Castle Green offers the entire ground floor for the entire event, not just the gorgeous ballroom! This includes our veranda, North and South Lawns that provide a fantastic indoor/outdoor experience for you and your guests. Our vintage Salon with a real wood fireplace, Sun Room, Turkish and Moorish Rooms. All available to your guests the entire time.
No food and Beverage minimums
Provide your own alcohol with no corkage fee
We provide 20-60 inch round tables, 200 gold chiavari chairs, sweetheart table, 36″ cocktail tables, indoor & outdoor bars *tables and chairs for indoor use only.
Cocktail rooms fully furnished with vintage furniture, including a Grand Piano
Fireplace in Salon: Real wood fireplace maintenance all evening for, weather permitting
Ground floor is air conditioned

Catering Options:

We work with a select group of hand picked caterers who will help you plan the perfect event. These caterers are full service catering companies. This means they will provide all the labor (set-up/strike, servers and bartenders), handle all rental needs (ceremony chairs, linens, etc.) as well as providing amazing cuisine. The average cost ranges between $100-$150 per person. Kindly contact these caterers directly to receive a quote.
